Madagascar is a land of exotic landscapes, stunning coastline and endemic flora and fauna including 35 different species of lemur. For many, the lemurs are the main reason to visit, but they are just part of the charm of this fascinating country. To see these beautiful primates jumping around in the natural habitat is reason enough to go, but in a country with a huge French influence, the cuisine is surprisingly good, there are some beautiful beaches and Isalo national park will be a real highlight.
