Begin each day with a pre- breakfast presentation from world stage Orthopaedic surgeon Professor David Sonnabend, spend the morning and afternoon immersed in the wonders of the sub-Antarctic and Antarctic; explore brilliant, icy scenery by Zodiac inflatable boat (or sea kayak if you prefer), hike to the top of islands for spectacular views on a variety of shore excursions, sit on a rock and watch the antics of extraordinary wildlife such as the rare rockhopper penguin in the Falkland Islands,  or the king penguin on South Georgia Island, glide up close to  fur and leopard seals in their native habitats, and marvel at the mighty endangered albatross as they ride the currents behind the ship. In the late afternoon listen to world leading ergonomist Rani Lueder. Finally close the day with the perfect after-dinner conversation - an all-in case discussion.
