A native of salerno, a town nestled at the head of the beautiful amalfi Coast, Marta has a passion for nature and is fluent in english and four other european languages.

Qualifications:
She completed her earth science degree in 1998 and subsequently travelled widely in europe, conducting further research, before becoming a doctor of geochemistry in 2003.

Achievements:
She enjoys leading every peregrine adventure, which gives her the chance to indulge in her love of trekking and to introduce southern italy’s magnificent natural beauty and rich culture to her groups.

Ugur Vural (Turkey)

Ugur Vural

Ugur Vural has been working as a professional tour guide since 2000. You would struggle to find a better qualified and experienced guide – he has operated and guided tours which focus on culture and history, trekking, mountaineering, rafting and camping in many different regions of Turkey. Ugur loves playing the drums, photography, and wood painting. He lives in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey, with his wife, who works as an instructor at an English university.

Qualifications:
Ugur has completed a BA degree in Urdu language and literature and a professional tour guiding course, which centred on the study of Turkish culture. Another course on guiding nature tours gives him extra knowledge on ethnobiology and bird watching.

Yann Delord (France)

Yann Delord

Yann is a 45 years old Frenchman born in Paris and a well-travelled artist. After his studies, Yann settled down in Provence to be a painter and travel guide. He has been a specialist at organising and guiding treks in Portugal, Italy and France for 20 years.

Qualifications:
Yann has a college degree in environmental preservation.
