Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe’s blockbuster draw may be the epic Victoria Falls but don’t let that be the end of your adventure here – this country has other unique gifts for visitors. Where else can you walk with lions? Stalking the land with one-year old, trainee kings of the jungle is an indescribably thrilling, spine-tingling privilege, and as essential a Zimbabwean experience as taking in the mighty cataract. While you’re here, be sure to take a walking safari in the Matobo Hills, so lovely a combination of historical rock art and great wildlife all set amidst stunning, unique scenery that it has been placed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The most memorable part - the accommodation, hospitality and service provided at Umlani, together with the caring staff. The tree-house experience was magnificent and well worth recommending.

Local game spotter at Umlani was Moses - excellent in his knowledge and affinity for his country.
