    Day 1 - Arrive Bergen

    • Your trip will start in the Unesco World Heritage listed city of Bergen, surrounded by seven fjords and seven hills.
    • There are no activities planned for the day, so you are welcome to arrive at any time.
    • If you arrive early, we recommend getting out and exploring this beautiful city. Perhaps you could visit the local outdoor fish market, or go for a meander along Vagen Harbour.

    Day 2 - Bergen - Flam - Balestrand

    • This morning you will board the incredible Flåm Railway, a feat of engineering genius that climbs to 2,838 feet in less than an hour. You will enjoy spectacular scenery of waterfalls and snow-capped mountains from the train, as well as witnessing some historical traditions that pre-date Christianity.
    • Upon disembarking the train in Flåm, you will take a short cruise along the Aurlands and Nærøy Fjords. These are both branches of the Sogn Fjord, which is bothe the longest and deepest in the world. This two hour journey will carry you past more tumbling waterfalls and sheer mountain peaks, as well as some local wildlife.
    • You will then enjoy an afternoon ferry crossing to the resort town of Balestrand.

    Day 3 - Balestrand

    • Today starts with a short walking tour through the historic village of Balestrand. There are a number of noteworthy sites to visit here.
    • The afternoon will be at your leisure, so you can enjoy this delightful spot. You can choose to explore the town by bicycle or rowboat, or perhaps climb one of the nearby mountains on foot. You may also choose to just sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds.

    Day 4 - Balestrand - Geiranger

    • Today you will take an excursion to the Jostedal Glacier, the largest glacier in Europe. You will also visit the world famous Briksdal Glacier, where you can enjoy a cable car trip with breathtaking views. This is truly a site to behold.
    • From Briksdal Glacier you will make your way to Geiranger. The Geiranger Fjord is reputed to be the most beautiful of all of the Norwegian Fjords.

    Day 5 - Geiranger

    • Today you will have the opportunity to cruise along the stunning Geiranger Fjord, considered by many to be the most beautiful fjord of all.
    • From the boat you will encounter some of the most gorgeous waterfalls in the region, including the Bridal Veil and the Seven Sisters waterfalls.
    • You will enjoy a farewell dinner tonight with your fellow travellers.

    Day 6-7 - Oslo

    • Today you will drive to Oslo, where you will enjoy some free time.
    • The following day you will visit the Homenkollen Museum and island hope in the Olsofjord.

    Day 8 - Oslo-Copenhagen

    • Today you have the chance to explore the sites of Oslo in depth. You embark on a tour of the city that includes the Viking ship museum, Vigeland Sculpture Park, Akershus Fortress.
    • The Akershus Fortress has survived every seige that it has come up against since the first in 1308. Most of the seiges came from Swedish forces. The fortress was surrendered to the German Nazi's in 1940 (until it was liberated again 1945), but has never actually been captured by a foreign enemy. It is said that whomeever controls Akershus, controls Norway.
    • As the day comes to an end, you will board an overnight ferry bound for Copenhagen.

    Day 9 - Copenhagen

    • You will arrive in Copenhagen mid-morning, and immediately explore the wonders of this fairytale like city - from Amalienborg and Christiansborg Palaces, to the Hans Christian Andersen’s statue, and Gefion Fountain.
    • The fountain was built in 1908 and is the biggest monument in Copenhagen, from it you can enjoy beautiful views down to the royal winter residence, Amalienborg Palace.
    • You will also visit the old harbour of Nyhavn, and the famous Little Mermaid.

    Day 10 - Copenhagen- Stockholm

    • You will take a train journey through pretty Scandinavian landscapes to Sweden's style capital Stockholm today. The journey will take around five hours and will carry you past beautiful lakes and wilderness.

    Day 11 - Stockholm

    • Today you will have the opportunity to explore the delights of Stockholm including the Royal Palace, the Parliament Buildings, City Hall and the Old Town (Gamla Stan).
    • The Royal Palace is baroque in style and was built by architect Nicodemus Tessin as a Roman Palace. The palace is officially home to His Majesty The King, and is the setting for most of the monarchy's official receptions. It is also where The King and Queen go about their daily work, along with the various departments that make up the Royal Court. Being a royal residence, functioning workspace, and historical monument open to visitors, makes this an especially unique palace.
    • After your city tour, you will take a boat trip under the many bridges of Stockholm to see this great city from another perspective.

    Day 12 - Stockholm - Helsinki

    • A short flight will take you to Finland's capital today - the city of Helsinki.
    • You will have the remainder of the day free to explore the city.
    • Helsinki is filled with lively markets, promenades, great shops, and beautiful parks, as well as places of great historic significance.

    Day 13 - Helsinki

    • Today brings with it the chance to properly explore the best of Helsinki, with visits to the Senate Square, Uspenskij Cathedral, Parliament House, Finlandia Hall, the New Opera House, Sibelius Park and Monument, and the Underground Temple.
    • Often referred to as the Rock Church, the Underground Temple was completed in 1969. It is housed in a big, granite rocky outcrop, and the roof is made entirely of copper wire.
