Buenos Aires tango show

Originally thought to be distasteful by Argentina's elite, the tango is now embraced by the entire nation, and you'll find it impossible not to be seduced by this dramatic, sensual dance.
You could be anywhere in Buenos Aires, when suddenly music will fill the air and crowds gather to watch an impromptu tango show in the street or plaza.
It swept the world in the early 1900s when Argentinean sailors made their way to Europe to show off their moves in local establishments. Young people quickly adopted it and now the tango has been inscribed onto the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
