
Walk the narrow, well worn paths through the forests of Borneo and you’ll be travelling the same trail tribal headhunters have for centuries. The trail was originally used by Kayan warriors on their way to invade the people of the Limbang region, warring and proving their worth. The path is still well used by locals today, though very few tourists get the opportunity to experience it. Do as the locals do, too, in the evening and bed down on woven mats for a night in traditional digs in the forest and listen out for the jungles night sounds and the screams of the not so distant past…
