Sacred Valley cycle

There’s no better way of exploring the Sacred Valley, one of the most beautiful areas in all of the Andes. At the foot of grand mountains, striking with their Inca terracing and rugged peaks, the Urubamba River rushes between ancient villages and the country’s finest ruins. Following the river makes for easy cycling, mixing pleasant pedalling along with stops to take in grand sights like Ollantaytambo’s ruins and the bustling market town of Pisac. A great couple of days, and also the perfect warm-up for those moving on to trekking to Machu Picchu.
