You don’t need to scuba dive in the Galapagos to see the underwater world’s wonders. Just get to the ringed rocky outcrop known as the Devil’s Crown, off Floreana Island, don the snorkel and dive in. Thousands of angelfish, surgeonfish and starfish display their vivid golds and blues, surrounding rockfaces are wallpapered with bright coral and display sea urchins, while white-tipped reef sharks and eagle rays glide past, and sea lions torpedo into the depths.
