Vermont’s Long Trail

The Long Trail was built between 1910 and 1930, boasting over 430 kilometres of footpaths. It runs the distance of Vermont, winding its way from Massachusetts to Canada along Vermont's highest peaks. It provides a fun challenge for hikers, with rugged, steep, rocky, muddy, and rooted sections. Keep your eyes peeled for black bears, moose, porcupines, beavers, fox, whitetail deer, and peregrine falcons.
