What happens if Peregrine cancels my trip?

From time to time, Peregrine may cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will offer you alternative arrangements. If you are not happy with these arrangements, we will refund your money.

What if I change my mind?

You can transfer from one tour to another by paying $100 amendment fee, provided it is 56 days prior to departure. Should you prefer to cancel your trip, cancellation penalties apply. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for details.

What’s the best way to book?

Book online:
It’s easy! Simply book online to confirm your place immediately. One of our adventure travel specialist will then send you a confirmation pack and can assist you with any additional arrangements.

In person or on the phone:
Visit or call one of our Peregrine Travel Centres. Our adventure travel specialist are looking forward to helping you find the tour that is right for you.

Can Peregrine book my flights?

Peregrine has access to a wide range of competitive airfares. From simple point-to-point tickets, to tricky-round-the-world itineraries. Talk to one of our adventure travel specialist and we’ll find the right flights for you. (Australia only)

Do I need a visa?

Some countries require that you obtain your visa before departure from Australia. Our adventure travel specialists can advise you what visas you need and help you make all the necessary arrangements. (Australia Only)

What if I don’t have my passport details?

It is important that you advise us of your passport details as soon as possible. On some trips, we require your passport details in order to issue specific permits for your tour. If your current passport is expiring soon, please let us know the new details when you receive them.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

If you prefer to book online you can select to pay by direct debit, cheque or BPay.

Can I get a discount if I have travelled with you before?

If this is your third trip with us, we’ll reward you with a 5% discount off any trip.
For our polar voyages, we’ll give you a 5% discount for your second trip.

What does "request" mean?

In some cases, we need to check that we can confirm availability for all components of the tour. In most cases, we will get back to you within two business days.

Can I go on a waiting list if my trip is closed?

From time to time, people may cancel their trip due to unforseen circumstances. If this happens, a place may become available. Please contact your adventure travel specialist for further information.

Can I leave the trip early?

If you choose to leave the tour early and make your own arrangements, you are free to do so. The cost of your tour remains the same.

What is the extra cost for pre or post tour accommodation and airport transfers?

Our adventure travel specialist can advise you of the cost and organise extra accommodation before or after your tour. They can also arrange return airport transfers for you.

How do I book an extension?

If you would like to add on any of our fantastic trip extensions, just advise your adventure travel specialist and they will organise this for you.
