    Day 1 - Varanasi

    Fly to Varanasi, the great pilgrimage city on the River Ganges. Explore the Sarnath ruins, the birthplace of Buddhism and this evening you can join worshippers in the Aarti ceremony as they pray near the water with the scent of incense filling the air.

    Day 2 - Varanasi

    Experience India’s spirituality from another perspective with a private sunrise cruise on the Ganges. Return to the hotel for breakfast then visit the famous Bharat Mata Mandir temple dedicated to Mother India. The rest of the day is free to wander through the narrow streets and alleys.

    Day 3 - Khajuraho

    Fly to Khajuraho, known as the temple city of India. It was considered to be a seat of religion and learning by the Chandelas and hence became guardian of some of the most exotic temples in the whole of India.

    Day 4 - Khajuraho ~ Delhi

    This morning is at leisure before a transfer to the airport where you board your flight back to Delhi and the tour comes to an end.
