    Itinerary

    Day 1 - Amman

    After arrival you will be transferred to Amman’s finest hotel, The Four Seasons. Freshen up then head out to discover the city on a walking tour, including the ancient Citadel with its Temple of Hercules, Umayyad Palace, National Archaeological Museum and views of Amman's jabals (hills). Finally, visit the Roman Theatre, one of the largest and most impressive amphitheatres of the ancient world. Dinner will be at Fakhr El-Din Restaurant.

    Day 2 - Jerash ~ Madaba ~ Mount Nebo ~ Ma’in

    Drive north to the Roman ruins of Jerash before arriving in Madaba for lunch at Haret Jdoudna. Visit Mount Nebo, where Moses first cast his eyes upon the Promised Land and check into the Evason Ma’in Hot Springs resort this afternoon.

    Day 3 - Ma'in

    Visit the Baptism Site at Bethany, where it is believed John the Baptist lived and Jesus was baptised. Experience the sensation of floating in the Dead Sea at O Village Resort, which offers views of Mount Nebo and across the Dead Sea to Jericho and Jerusalem. Your driver and leader will be waiting to take you back to the hotel when you are ready.

    Day 4 - Shobak Castle ~ Petra

    Head down the King’s Highway to Shobak Castle before continuing to Petra. Stop at Little Petra en route to your hotel. This is a remote part of the Nabatean city, not frequented by many tourists. This evening you will head out to experience Petra by night, your path down The Siq lit only by candlelight. Your heart will be thumping as you get your first glimpse of the Treasury through a cleft in the walls. This exceptional experience will take your breath away.

    Day 5 - Petra ~ Wadi Rum

    You’ll get a full day to immerse yourself in the history and beauty of Petra, described as "the rose-red city, half as old as time". If you still have energy after the main tour of Petra, it’s worth climbing up to the remote Monastery. The climb takes about 50 minutes but you will be rewarded with incredible views. Freshen up before continuing to Wadi Rum, arriving at your desert resort in time for sunset and a traditional Bedouin meal.

    Day 6 - Wadi Rum

    You’ll get a full day to immerse yourself in the history and beauty of Petra, described as "the rose-red city, half as old as time". If you still have energy after the main tour of Petra, it’s worth climbing up to the remote Monastery. The climb takes about 50 minutes but you will be rewarded with incredible views. Freshen up before continuing to Wadi Rum, arriving at your desert resort in time for sunset and a traditional Bedouin meal.

    Day 7 - Amman

    Farewell your Bedouin friends and head back to Amman. The rest of the day is free to spend as you please before a final dinner together.

    Say goodbye to your fellow travellers and local guide, and enjoy a private transfer back to the airport as your trip comes to an end.
