Terms and Conditions *Entry is open to all permanent Australian or New Zealand residents of 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Peregrine are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). To enter, participants must also answer the question "Which highlight of your booked tour are you looking forward to the most and why?" in 25 words or less and fill in the online entry form. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Peregrine. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Peregrine's Privacy Policy. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries will be accepted from 11/2/2011 at 9:00am (AEST) until 30/03/2011 at 5:00pm (AEST). The winner will be determined by a panel of two judges on Wednesday April 6th at 11:00am at Peregrine Adventures, Level 4, 380 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000. This competition is a game of skill and entries will be judged based on creativity. The winner will be contacted via phone and email. The prize is a full refund of the land tour cost only as paid for by the winner. The maximum prize value is AUD$ 12,400. The prize is not valid for Polar Expeditions (Antarctic or Artic cruises), extensions, add-on or Private Group tours. The prize refund does not apply to airfares, trekking permits or any other additional travel arrangements booked in conjunction with the tour including but not limited to pre and post accommodation. This prize is valid for one person only, regardless of the number of people booked by this person. This prize is not redeemable for cash or other alternatives available. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Peregrine’s decision shall be final. Peregrine reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
