Being responsible travellers plays a huge part in why we do what we do, and we have a long history of supporting the environment, healthcare, human rights and animal welfare projects around the world.
Established by Intrepid Group founders Darrell Wade and Geoff Manchester, since 2002, The Intrepid Foundation has empowered travellers to make a positive impact in the places we visit. Our Foundation works with local organisations around the world to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable individuals and communities through sustainable travel experiences. With our travellers’ help, we’ve contributed more than AU $10 million to over 130 community organisations since 2002.
Why donate to the Intrepid Foundation?
Help us change thousands of lives by creating meaningful work and supporting skills training in communities around the world.
- We support local projects directly and cover all the administration costs, so your donation goes directly to the initiative you’re supporting.
- Even the smallest contribution makes a huge difference – this is your chance to directly give back to the places you’ve travelled and help improve the lives of others
