Uncover the remarkable stories written into the city walls of Poland that will lead you deeper into the country’s captivating past.

You might know Poland for its war history but there’s no doubt you’ll soon be taken by the country’s medieval town squares, hilltop ruins and surrounding natural beauty. Stroll along the portside city of Gdansk where old docked ships now serve as floating maritime museums. Wander the street of Kazimierz in Krakow, an old Jewish Quarter lined with galleries, cafes and relics. Travel to the Tatra Mountains on the border of Slovakia to discover a world-class hiking trail dotted with waterfalls. And in the south-east, discover the village of Zalipi where each house is adorned with floral designs – inside and out – it’s a sight to behold.
