Customers will automatically receive a credit of 110% of monies paid to use towards an alternative tour in the future when you're ready to travel again, so there’s no expiry date on this credit.
The majority of our customers have been happy to receive a 110% travel credit. However, we understand that a credit for future travel may not be suitable for some of our customers. If a credit does not suit your personal situation, please complete the refund request form below and we will review your case in line with the original Booking Conditions applicable at time of your booking.
