Experience The Galapagos

The Galapagos is an archipelago of 18 main islands just west off Ecuador in South America.

One island in particular is famous for breeding birds, and is home to one of the largest populations of blue-footed boobies and magnificent frigate birds.

On North Seymour Island you can watch the fascinating blue-footed boobies as they go about their mating ritual. They offer each other gifts while stretching their necks towards the sky, spreading their wings and doing a little dance to show off their brightly coloured feet.

Magnificent by name, and by nature, the male frigates can puff up their scarlet throat sacks to such an enormous size that they resemble big red balloons.

Go somewhere you've never been, and see the spectacle of the boobies and the frigates for yourself.
